In accordance with paragraphs 4 and 5 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2003 "On road transport", the Shymkent city mayor's office DECREES:
1. To set tariff in the amount of 70 tenge for regular socially significant passenger transportation in Shymkent city
2. State institution " Shymkent city Passenger transport and highways Directorate" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan should provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Justice Department of Shymkent city;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this resolution, to send a copy of it for official publication in periodicals distributed on the territory of Shymkent city;
3) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of Shymkent city mayor’s office after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the deputy mayor of Shymkent city B. Parmanov
