Opening of the event "Shymkent 2020-the cultural capital of the CIS"

At the opening ceremony of the event "Shymkent-the cultural capital of Commonwealth "will be held the official ceremony of awarding the status of" capital of the Commonwealth of Independent States" with the participation of Ministers of culture and foreign Affairs of the CIS countries, cultural figures, and representatives of international organizations such as the interstate Fund for humanitarian cooperation of the CIS countries, deputies of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, state and public figures. In addition, a Gala concert will be held with the participation of creative teams from the CIS countries and artists of Shymkent. The parade will be attended by creative teams of CIS countries and masters of art of Shymkent. Only 700 people. In total, the event is planned to be attended by about 20 thousand spectators.
