On approval of the Rules for drawing up the Unified budget classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In accordance with paragraph 3 of article 26 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008: ORDER 1. Approve the attached Rules for drawing up the Unified budget classification of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Annex 1 to this order. 2. Recognize as invalid certain orders of the Ministers of economy and budget planning and Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Annex 2 to this order. 3. The Department of budget planning and forecasting Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Savel'eva T. M.) in accordance with legislation to ensure: 1) state registration of this order in Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order in Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in mass media and information and legal system "Adilet»; 3) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
