About detection of false documents

In January 2023, officers of the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee prevented 26 cases of fake and alien documents implementation at checkpoints of the state border, including by citizens of foreign countries.

The detained foreign nationals were not allowed to cross the border and deported to their countries of arrival. 

The Border Guard Service continues to identify fake and alien documents.
