«Clean Kazakhstan»: Forming Eco-culture

On March 13, the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University hosted the debate tournament titled «Clean Kazakhstan: Forming Eco-culture», organized by the «Parasat» Debate Club.

The primary goal of the tournament was to raise awareness among young people about environmental issues, improve their ecological literacy, and foster a sense of responsibility for the environment.

All debate motions were directly related to environmental concerns. Participants discussed topics such as environmental protection, sustainable resource consumption, and the introduction of eco-innovations. These discussions not only enhanced participants' knowledge of environmental issues but also helped them develop critical thinking, argumentation, and public speaking skills.

In the future, the L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University plans to continue organizing events aimed at fostering environmental awareness and promoting social responsibility among youth.
