The Department of Trade and Consumer Protection of Astana City carried out explanatory work

Head of the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection in Astana N. Egemberdiev met with managers of the capital market «SHAPAGAT».

During the meeting, they discussed the Rules «On Approval of the Rules for Organization of Trade Market Activities, Requirements for Maintenance of the Territory, Equipment and Facilities of the Trade Market».

To prevent violations of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On regulation of trade activities» in the sphere of trade activities stipulated by articles 201, 202, 204-2, 204-3, 204-4, 462 was conducted explanatory work on the need to register market entrepreneurs on the platform of consumer protection «E-tutynushy».

In addition, the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection for the city of Astana on a weekly basis monitors prices for socially important food products in trade facilities (markets, retail chains, convenience stores) of the capital, and explained the basic requirements for compliance with the 15% trade markup on socially important food products.
