Unscheduled inspection of a shop in Taraz city

On the basis of a consumer's application from a resident of Taraz city, employees of the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection in Zhambyl region conducted an unscheduled inspection.

During an unscheduled inspection of the shop «Algys» Individual Entrepreneurship «Turchova Oksana Nikolaevna» salt -1 kg was purchased at a price of - 74 tenge, sold at 90 tenge per kg, according to the explanatory note of 15.11.2023 with a trade margin of 21.6%, which violates Article 9 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On regulation of trade activities» on non-exceeding the trade margin of no more than 15%.

In this regard, the said shop was issued a warning for exceeding the trade mark-up of 15 per cent.
