A meeting of the commission consisting of representatives of state bodies and with the participation of the head of the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection in Zhambyl region Zh. Talipova, on verification of intermediary schemes throughout the pricing chain and state control over compliance with the size of the trade allowance for socially significant food products.

The meeting of the commission was attended by a representative of the «B. A. Indiduvalny» Individual Enterprise, who explained that, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is not allowed to exceed the trade allowance for socially significant food products (chicken eggs of the 1st category) above 15% of the manufacturer's selling price or the wholesale supplier's purchase price.

The permissible size of the marginal trade allowance is no more than 15% of the selling price of the manufacturer or the purchase price of the wholesale supplier. In case of exceeding the trade allowance for social food products, liability is provided in accordance with Article 204-4 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In addition, the representative of the company was offered to conclude a direct supply contract with large retail chains without unnecessary intermediaries.
