An «Open Day» was held

On October 18, 2023, in order to inform the population, the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection in Zhambyl region, together with representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs «Atameken», held an «Open Day». The topic of the day is «on the work done by the regional commissions, the identification of violations of the size of the trade allowance and ineffective intermediaries».

The Department is working to stabilize prices for socially important food products in the region to combat the facts of illegal price increases.

In particular, since the beginning of the year, 36 inspections have been carried out, of which: 21 entrepreneurs have been issued warnings, violations have been eliminated, 3 fines have been imposed, 1 in work. In the remaining 11 cases, no violations were detected.

The Department, together with the authorized bodies of the region, conducted 72 regional commissions, as a result of which 60 facts of violation of excess of the trade allowance have been revealed since the beginning of the year.

In addition, the Department, together with the state revenue authorities, monitored about 100 business entities on compliance with trade dominance, the results of which were submitted to the regional commission for consideration. The identified shortcomings were eliminated by entrepreneurs.
