An open Day was held in the Department of the city of Shymkent

In order to inform the population, on October 17, 2023, the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection in the city of Shymkent held an «Open Day».

8 people applied to the department for advice. All the consumers who applied were explained their rights and given specific recommendations for further actions to protect the violated rights.

In addition, experts acquainted the participants of the event with the main postulates of the new draft law in the field of consumer protection, gave answers to questions, provided assistance in writing an appeal to 6 consumers. Consumers raised issues of purchasing low-quality goods, refusal to exchange or refund funds by business entities.
