Since the beginning of October, 2 trade entities have been brought to administrative responsibility in Kostanay region

Since the beginning of October, the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kostanay region has brought 2 trade entities to administrative responsibility for violating paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Regulation of Trade Activities» (exceeding the trade allowance). One in the form of a warning, the second for repeated commission during the year was fined in the order of reduced production in the amount of 17,250 tenge.

Thus, the Department reduced prices for socially significant food products: egg C1 from 52 tg / piece to 47 or 10.6%, chicken meat (thigh) from 1711 tg / kg to 1552 tg / kg or 10.2%.

The Department continues to work to prevent the excess of the trade allowance over the established legislation for socially significant food products.
