Innovations in the field of consumer protection were told at a briefing

The Department of Trade and Consumer Protection in the city of Shymkent, together with the Akimat, held a briefing, where questions were discussed about the changes being introduced in the near future in the field of legislation on consumer protection. Now consumers of goods will have a free choice in case of violation of their rights by business entities.

In the development of this draft law, the results of a long-term study, analysis and monitoring of citizens' appeals, opinions of public institutions protecting consumer rights are taken into account.

Also, at the briefing, the issues of the procedure for considering consumer complaints in the unified information system were discussed «e-tutynushy.kz», where it was about the advantages and convenience of using and registering in a single information system.
