Questions on protection of consumer rights answered at the briefing in Shymkent

A briefing was held with the participation of representatives of the regional chamber of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs «Atameken» of Shymkent city and public associations for the protection of consumer rights.

In order to support domestic products, representatives of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs «Atameken» of Shymkent city were noted that the products of domestic producers should be realized at least 30% and be available on the shelves of stores and be in visible places.

Head of the Department N. Tuleyev informed the participants of the briefing about the increasing violations of consumer rights in the field of electronic commerce, also discussed such issues as «The order of consideration of consumer complaints» in the unified information system «E-tutynushy.kz», where the participants of the briefing noted the advantages and convenience of using and registering complaints in the unified information system «E-tutynushy.kz».
