The Regional Department controls the regulation of trade activities in the region!

On August 7 of this year, the Head of the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection in the Ulytau region, Zh.A.Akhmetov, chaired by the akim of the Ulytau region, made a report on the work done for the 1st half of 2023 at a staff meeting. In the course of the report, detailed information was provided about entrepreneurs who realized exceeding the limit value of the trade allowance for socially significant food products, and about the work of the regional commission.

In the region of Ulytau, over the past seven months, the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection, during the analysis of electronic invoices, revealed facts of exceeding the limit value of the trade allowance for socially significant food products.

Within the framework of these facts, 23 entrepreneurs who violated the requirements of the law were brought to administrative responsibility. Of these, 9 entrepreneurs were punished in the form of a warning, 14 entrepreneurs were fined in the amount of 520,950 tenge.

In addition, 4 facts of exceeding the limit value of the trade allowance for socially significant food products purchased from the stabilization fund of the Social Entrepreneurial Corporation «Ulytau» were revealed, entrepreneurs were brought to administrative responsibility.
