Explanatory work has been carried out in Kostanay region on changes to the Rules for organizing the activities of trade markets

On May 30, 2023, the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region with the participation of the Committee of Trade, the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the Akimat of Kostanay region and the heads of trade markets of Kostanay region held an online meeting on the main changes to the rules of the organization of trade markets. These amendments clearly define the responsibility of the owners of the trading markets and the administration of the trading market. 

During the online meeting, issues related to the procedure for approving and posting the rules of operation of the market and additional services, the procedure for registration in the information system and the responsibility of market owners for late posting of information (the essential terms of the lease agreement, the results of the monitoring of compliance of sellers (tenants) and the trading places occupied by them, notifications) were considered.
