The Specialized Court for Administrative Offenses of the city of Kostanay issued a ruling in favor of the Department

The Department revealed that in February 2023 «Supermarket Solnechny» LLP exceeded the size of the trade allowance for socially significant food product Chicken meat (chilled thigh), the trade allowance was 20%.

In violation of paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Regulation of trade activities», the subject of internal trade for socially significant food products sets the size of the marginal trade allowance of no more than 15% of the manufacturer's selling price.

«Supermarket Solnechny» LLP was brought to administrative responsibility by the Department in the form of a warning.

«Supermarket Solnechny» LLP appealed against this decision of the Department on bringing to administrative responsibility under part 1 of Article 204-4 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Violations.

By a court order dated May 30, 2023, the complaint was dismissed.
