3 subjects of trade in Kostanay region unreasonably exceeded prices for socially significant food products

According to the Department of Economic Investigations in Kostanay region, the facts of unjustified overstatement of the trade premium were established.

So, in the period from March 1 to March 31, 2023, «TIMCOM» LLP exceeded the size of the trade allowance for wheat flour of grade 1, the trade allowance was 20%.

In the period from March 29 to March 30, 2023, «Kord Plus» LLP exceeded the size of the trade mark-up for wheat flour grade 1, the trade mark-up was 20%.

Also, the Individual enterprise «Abdildin V.A» in the period from March 1 to March 31, 2023 exceeded the amount of the trade allowance for milk «Finpak» LLP, the trade allowance was 20.6%. 

In violation of paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Regulation of trade activities», the subject of internal trade for socially significant food products sets the size of the marginal trade allowance of no more than 15% of the manufacturer's selling price.

The Department of Trade and Consumer Protection in Kostanay region brought these trading entities to administrative responsibility in the form of a warning.
