Regular agricultural fairs are held in Almaty

Regular weekend agricultural fairs have been held in Almaty to stabilize unjustified overestimation of prices for socially important food products.

In the city, on a weekly basis, every Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm, agricultural food fairs are held in almost all districts of the city, where there is a favorable infrastructure that promotes agricultural producers to directly sell their products to citizens at reasonable prices, without the participation of intermediaries, therefore, food products are sold at reduced prices prices below market prices are also analyzed, the process of fairs is analyzed and, for the purpose of preventive measures, the segment of goods sold is studied. Fairs sell agricultural products in order to provide the population with the opportunity to purchase goods at an affordable price. The range of products offered for sale at the fair consists of food products, including 19 items of socially significant food products.

At the fairs of the city, farmers, agricultural producers, food industry manufacturers, wholesale suppliers, as well as summer residents present their products. The rules of the fair are formed from the processes of compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements, landscaping rules, fire safety rules and compliance with the trade allowance.
