Explanatory work with business entities continues in Pavlodar region

On December 22, 2022, the head of the Department of Trade of the Pavlodar region, Daulen Kabdushev, held a meeting with entrepreneurs of the Rakhmet wholesale and retail market.

During the conversation, explanatory work was carried out on the need to comply with the legislation in the field of trade, in particular, on the requirement to establish a 15% trade allowance for socially significant food products, on the issuance of documents confirming the purchase of goods, as well as the need to issue price labels in domestic and external shop windows. During the conversation, answers were provided to entrepreneurs' questions of interest.

In addition, the meeting was attended by representatives of the State Revenue Department, the Department of the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition, the Department of Statistics, as well as representatives of second-tier banks. Provided consulting assistance on tax legislation, submission of statistical reports and issues of using POS-terminals and cash registers.

We note that the Rakhmet market is the only wholesale and retail market in the regional center, the main direction of trade of which is vegetables and fruits. Convenience stores mainly purchase potatoes, carrots, onions and cabbages from this market. In this connection, the issue of the correctness of document management is very important.
