Public discussions of ARV results

The Trade Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the basis of the Rules for Conducting and Using Regulatory Impact Analysis of Regulatory Instruments (approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2015 No. 748), notifies of the planned public discussion of the results of regulatory impact analysis "On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses in terms of violation legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the regulation of trade activities" by Astana time from 9.00 h. December 20 to 18:30h. December 23, 2022 (within 3 working days) on the Internet portal open regulatory legal acts, in the section "ARV".

In addition, we note that an additional videoconference will be held on December 23 of this year at 15.00. the day according to the time of Astana.
