First Vice Minister of Trade and Integration Arman Shakkaliev met with the public of the North Kazakhstan region

As part of his working trip, Arman Shakkaliyev visited Raduga LLP, built in 2018 with state support. A modern vegetable store provides high-quality and year-round storage of fruits and vegetables. The maximum volume of storage of fruits and vegetables is 2120 tons. Also, the First Vice Minister got acquainted with the work of the MASLO-DEL enterprises, Northern Plywood Mill LLP, Rim-KazAgro LLP, Petropavlovsk Electrotechnical Plant LLP.       As the First Vice Minister noted, in general, in order to prevent a shortage of basic food products and at the same time taking into account the interests of domestic business and the population, the state is gradually moving to “soft” regulation of price stabilization for socially significant food products. This will encourage agricultural producers to independently stabilize prices for their products.“Today, I visited the Raduga LLP vegetable store, where 2,000 tons of fruits and vegetables can be stored in specially equipped rooms all year round. This will help to avoid rising prices for vegetable crops in the off-season, as well as to saturate the domestic market with vegetable products. It should be noted that this is the first vegetable store in the region with climate control and the possibility of separate storage of fruits and vegetables,” added Arman Shakkaliyev. At a personal reception at RPE Atameken, the chairman of the NPK branch, Sergey Martemyanov, raised the issue of protecting the consumer market from dangerous and low-quality products. The First Vice Minister answered this question, noting that in order to immediately suppress the circulation of unsafe products on the domestic market, the law, in accordance with the Entrepreneurial Code, provides for two rapid response measures: this is the withdrawal of unsafe products based on the results of confirmed tests, and a ban on the release of products into circulation, not certified or for which there is no certificate.
