Bypassing retail outlets as part of the analysis of prices for Socially significant food products (SSFP)

The Department of Trade of Nur-Sultan city together with the Department for Investment and Entrepreneurship Development, as part of the weekly analysis of prices for socially significant food products (SSFP), when bypassing wholesale and retail bazaars, retail chains and shops at home, entrepreneurs were distributed "Memos" prepared by the Trade Committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basic requirements legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of regulation of trade activities.

Employees of the regional trade department also carried out explanatory work, during which the attention of business entities was drawn to the need to comply with the trade allowance for goods that are socially significant at the level of "no more than 15%" of the manufacturer's selling price or the wholesale supplier's purchase price specified in the supply contract. Administrative fines have been announced in case they overestimate the marginal cost of these products.
