«Improving the welfare of citizens is a key indicator of the efficiency of the state apparatus. This principle should be the main one in the work of the entire state agency and every civil servant. For the optimal implementation of the reforms carried out in the country, it is necessary to increase the confidence of the population in the state apparatus,» the head of the ACSA said.

The Chairman of the ACSA focused on the criteria for improving the quality of public services. Among them are ensuring the availability of information about public services to the public, providing high–quality feedback, avoiding template responses, mandatory compliance with deadlines and rules for the provision of public services, the rights of service recipients.
