The Chairman of the ACSA met with a foreign expert in the field of HR

Within the framework of the international conference «Meritocracy. Integrity. Innovations» Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs Darkhan Zhazykbayev met with HR expert, former Minister of Personnel Management of the Republic of Korea, International Director of the American Society of Public Administration, Member of the UN Commission on International Civil Service Pan Suk Kim.

During the meeting, Darkhan Zhazykbayev spoke about the main activities of the Agency and shared the progress of work on improving the civil service.

The parties discussed issues of further development of HR in the civil service, training and education of civil servants. The foreign expert shared his experience of personnel management in the Republic of Korea and positively assessed the steps taken in Kazakhstan in this direction.

In addition, Mr. Pan Suk Kim invited the Chairman of the Agency next year to the annual international forum of the American Society of Public Administration to present the experience of the Kazakh civil service.
