For the 1st half of 2019, 551 inspections were conducted in central and local state bodies on compliance with the laws in the field of public service and ethics. According to the results of the inspections, 4395 violations of the law on public service and professional ethics were found. Out of the total number of detected violations, 611complaints are referred to competition procedures for occupying vacant administrative public positions, 585 complaints are related to considering citizens' appeals, 577 complaints are annual assessments of the activities of civil servants, 2622 complaints are related to other requirements of the legislation in the field of public service and professional ethics. In total, according to the results of inspections, 236 civil servants were brought to disciplinary responsibility, 5 of them were dismissed, 2 were demoted, 18 were warned of incomplete official compliance, 25 were severely reprimanded, 80 were reprimanded, 106 were announced.
There were eliminated 1082 revealed violations (from the number of removable ones) and 59 illegal decisions and acts of state bodies were canceled.
