In the first half of 2019, the Agency and its territorial departments carried out 584 control measures in the first half of 2019, revealed about 65 thousand violations (compared to the same period in 2018, it is 34.7% less or 34.5 thousand violations).
The most common violations are the reclamation of redundant documents (56% or 36.3 thousand facts), the violation of business processes for the provision of public services (23.1% or 15 thousand facts), the provision of services in the absence of a full package of documents (6.7% or 4.4 thousand facts), unjustified refusals to provide public services (4.4% or 2.9 thousand facts), violation of the terms for the provision of public services (3.2% or 2.1 thousand facts).
In total, 215 employees were brought to disciplinary liability for violation of the law in the provision of public services. 1332 instructions were developed and submitted to state bodies, of which 90% were fulfilled (the rest are in execution).
