For the 1st quarter of the current year 28.1 thousand people have been tested, out of which 19.0 thousand people were tested for knowledge of regulatory legal acts (RLA) and 9.1 thousand people – for personal qualities assessment (PQA).
Out of total number of tested people the candidates for administrative public positions of B Sector amounted to 15.9 thousand people, out of which 10.5 thousand people for B Sector were tested for knowledge of regulatory legal acts (RLA) and 5.4 thousand people – for personal qualities assessment (PQA), respectively.
The applicants for law enforcement service amounted to 12.1 thousand people, out of which 8.5 thousand people were tested for knowledge of RLA and 3.6 thousand people – for personal qualities assessment (PQA), respectively.
According to the personal qualities assessment (PQA), the procedure of pertaining for B Sector has been changed since the beginning of 2019.
Technically equipped testing rooms operate in 14 regional/oblast centers and in 3 cities of republican significance Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent, as well as in 4 cities of regional significance Semey, Balkhash, Zhezkazgan and Arkalyk. At the same time, the throughput allows simultaneous testing of 488 people in the country.
In practice, the personnel selection procedure at the testing level is a well-established automated process from registering on "Electronic Government" portal to issuance of a certificate.
Organization of the testing procedure ensures maximum transparency and objectivity, excluding any corruption risks.
