The effective implementation of the Kazakhstan-2050 Strategy, the Concept of Kazakhstan becoming one of the 30 most developed countries in the world, the Five Institutional Reforms, the Nationwide Plan «100 Concrete Steps» and other strategic and program documents require the study and adaptation of international best practices, constant interaction with foreign partners.
