Turan University requests that information be posted on the website of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the dissertation defense of Sekerbayeva Aigerim Maratovna on the topic: “Innovation management in universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan within the Triple Helix model implementation” submitted for the degree of PhD in the Educational Program 8D04102 – Management.

Turan University requests that information be posted on the website of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the dissertation defense of Sekerbayeva Aigerim Maratovna on the topic: “Innovation management in universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan within the Triple Helix model implementation” submitted for the degree of  PhD in the Educational Program 8D04102 – Management.

Sekerbayeva Aigerim Maratovna was born on June 6, 1987, in the Almaty region, a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by nationality – kazakh. She completed her doctoral studies (PhD) at Turan University in the Educational Program 8D04102 – Management. The results of her dissertation research have been published in six scientific works, including: 2 articles in Scopus Q2 journals, 3 articles in journals recommended by the Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1 article in the journal of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, as well as three copyright certificates and an implementation act. She is currently employed as a senior lecturer at the Higher School of International Relations and Diplomacy of Turan University.

The dissertation was performed at the Higher School of Economics and Management of Turan University. The defense will be conducted in English. The dissertation is submitted in the format of a dissertation research project.

  1. Tamenova Saltanat Sarsenbayevna – candidate of economic sciences, associate professor, Director of the Center for innovative development of the region, research professor at the Higher School of Economics and Management, Turan University.
  2. Pospelova Tatyana Vasilievna – candidate of economic sciences, associate professor at the Faculty of world economy and international affairs, National research university Higher school of economics, Representative of the International Triple Helix Association in Russian Federation.

  2. Perizat Zhangirkzy Orynbet – PhD, Director of the Department of Science at Turan University, Associate Professor and Researcher at the Higher School of Marketing and Logistics.
  3. Tunç Durmuş Medeni – PhD, professor of the Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University.
