‼️Attempts to deliver prohibited items into the facilities of the penal correction system, including through the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), are strictly prohibited and subject to liability under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

⛔️Prohibited items include:
– Mobile phones and SIM cards,
– Narcotic and psychotropic substances,
– Alcoholic beverages,
– Cash and other items whose possession or delivery to restricted areas is forbidden.

‼️If drones are detected flying over secured facilities, the information is immediately reported to law enforcement authorities, and responsible individuals are held accountable.

⚠️WARNING:

Attempting to deliver prohibited items is an offense, and in some cases, a criminally punishable act.

🔺Since the beginning of 2025, the following have been seized during attempted deliveries:

📱 229 mobile phones;
🍾 53.33 liters of alcoholic beverages;
💊 8.59 kg of narcotic substances;
💵 534,750 tenge in cash.

🔺Liability:

👥 129 individuals have been detained for attempting to deliver prohibited items;
📄 69 individuals have been held administratively liable under Article 481 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 32 cases are pending in court;
⚖️ 19 individuals have been held criminally liable under Articles 296 and 297 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
