Information on training of MIS employees

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (dated January 8, 2024. No. 8) "On approval of the schedules of courses for initial professional training, retraining and advanced training for 2024" for 2024, advanced training and retraining courses were held for 1120 (2023-1075), of which 735 were offline, 985 were online (2023 - 1075 of them offline - 657, online - 418) employees. Of these:
- on the basis of the Almaty Academy 202;
- on the basis of Kostanay Academy 864;
- on the basis of the CC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Pavlodar offline -40;
- on the basis of the Cynological Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs offline -12.
One-week advanced training courses for 78 employees were held at the Almaty Academy

- Faculty No. 2 - 77 employees (offline 54, online 22):

On the basis of the Kostanay Academy, weekly refresher courses were held 864;
- "Human Rights" - 126 employees online (average staff of the security department, operational department of the penal system);
- "Organization of the work of the personnel service at the present stage" 40 offline employees (employees of the personnel service of the penal system);
- "Organization of the activities of the on-duty units of the penal system" - 38 online employees (employees of the on-duty service of the penal system);
- "Actual issues of the penitentiary system" - 114 employees online (employees of the department of labor organization of convicts, operational and regime department);
- "Anti-corruption in ATS" - 40 employees online (employees from all services of the penal system);
- "Fundamentals of Management" - 56 employees offline (heads of institutions
- "Formation of psychological competencies of probation officers" - 20 employees offline (probation officers);
- "Improving the competencies of inspectors-psychologists of the probation service" - 15 employees online;
- "Improving the efficiency of the management staff of the probation service" - 20 offline employees;
- "Formation of psychological competencies among penal system employees" - 72 employees online;
- "Ideological aspects of countering extremism in the penal system" - 40 employees online (employees of the theological service);
- "Peculiarities of educational work with convicts for extremist and terrorist crimes" - 60 offline;
In addition, employees of the Kostanay Academy traveled to 4 regions (DUIS Mangistau, North Kazakhstan region, Shymkent, East Kazakhstan region) (mobile academy), where they conducted advanced training courses with 80 offline employees.
On the basis of the training center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Pavlodar - 40 offline employees (Retraining - employees appointed from other units and working in positions for less than a year);
On the basis of the Cynological Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (monthly courses) 12 employees offline (dog handlers with dogs).
The UIS Committee is working on an ongoing basis
for advanced training and retraining of employees of the penal system.
