A man sweeps city streets for hooliganism.

Convicts registered with the probation service of the Karmakshinsky district carry out punishment in the form of community service. In particular, the man was found guilty of hooligan actions in accordance with part 1 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was sentenced to 300 hours of community service.

He damaged public places in the village of Zhosaly, Karmakshinsky district. He damaged the lights, causing material damage.

To date, the convict is fulfilling the punishment by cleaning and repairing in places determined by local executive bodies. According to the law, he performs work no more than 4 hours a day.

The probation service of the Karmakshinsky district exercises strict control over the execution of punishment by convicts. Currently, there are 2 citizens involved in community service, as well as 18 convicts involved in forced labor.
