In institution No. 20 of the DUIS of the Abai region, a 41-year-old resident of Semey tried to transfer a bundle in which there was a phone, a charger, an Internet router and a sim card.
The man was detained at the scene.
The family member admitted that an unfamiliar man asked him to transfer these items for a monetary reward of 15 thousand tenge.
"At present, an administrative protocol has been drawn up against the courier," said Sungat Abraev, head of the operations department.
