In institution No. 45 (medium security) of Pavlodar region, the convict systematically violated the procedure for serving his sentence, for which the court added him a term of one and a half years.
- The convict did not go to check, did not observe the daily routine. Repeatedly conversations were held with him, to which he did not react, behaved aggressively. Has 19 penalties. At the trial, the convict pleaded not guilty, denied violations. By a court decision, he added a term of one and a half years. Also, the court changed the detention regime from medium to maximum security. By the way, in the absence of violations, he would have been released in August 2025. Now he will be released in 2027.
The convict is serving a sentence for coercion to give false testimony. The resolution entered into legal force.
