Corrective therapy is being carried out in one of the colonies of Mangystau

In the institution No. 77 of the Department of Uis in Mangystau region, a psychologist of the Department of educational and socio-psychological work among convicts Togzhan Zhiembayeva held lectures on correctional therapy with convicts.
The specialist highlighted three topics: "work with Psychosomatics", "low self-esteem and associated communication difficulties", "family conflicts", "inability to find a place in society".
-The purpose of such events is to arouse interest in harmonizing the emotional state of convicts, teaching them to diagnose the peculiarities of their behavior, the culture of communication,-explained the psychologist.
As a result of the therapy carried out, the psycho-emotional state of the convicts improved, they learned various methods of communicating with other people, and also increased their creative abilities. As a result of the event, inmates were able to establish feedback to get rid of negative thoughts through relaxation.
