In Kurchatov, an electronic bracelet was removed from the convicted citizen: he will spend the rest of his term in the institution of the UIS

Recently, electronic monitoring devices – bracelets have been used in relation to convicts registered with the Probation Service. In the report of Kurchatov's probation service, there is a convicted person who previously served a sentence for murder in the highest security institution, after which he was released on parole.
After his release, citizen S. continued his criminal activities and stole a mobile phone, as a result of which he was sentenced to 1 year in prison. The convicted person was registered, but, despite the ongoing preventive measures, allowed to violate the conditions and procedure for serving the sentence.
When registering, the personality of the convicted person is studied, which makes it possible to obtain reliable information to determine the prospects for educational work. Taking into account the penalties imposed on him, it was decided to use electronic means of Control, – shared the inspector of the Probation Service Kurchatova Tokhtar Nazym.
Having served his sentence, the convicted person repeatedly allowed violation of the duties assigned by the court's verdict, which became the basis for the submission of the Probation Service to the Kurchatov City Court for the transfer of punishment to a more severe form.
By a court decision, the term of an outstanding sentence in the form of restriction of freedom in relation to the convicted S. was changed to imprisonment for 6 months and 2 days.
