In order to meet her husband at the UIS, a woman from the capital went to the trick to get the child out of her mind

A resident of the capital, being a civilian spouse of a convicted person, came to a maximum security colony for a long meeting and presented a fake birth certificate for the child. An employee of the meeting room of Astana DIS No. 2 explained that the blurring of the font and the quality of the paper immediately raised doubts about the authenticity of the document. On this fact, the investigative task force of the PB of Arshalinsky district was immediately called to the institution, as a result of which the woman admitted that the birth certificate was fake.
Under Part 3 of Article 385 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a pre-trial investigation is carried out (forgery, manufacture or sale of forged documents, stamps, stamps, forms, state signs of postal payment, state awards).
"In accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts regulating the activities of the UIS, long-term meetings with persons who are not married to convicts are provided with their joint minor children who come to the meeting. In this regard, civil spouses, familiar with the convicts, are trying to use a long meeting in any way, and not the name of joint children. However, thanks to the vigilance of the staff of the institution, the use of illegal meetings was not allowed," said Daulet Rakhimbekov, head of Astana DIS.
