From November 09 to November 11, 2022, the Department of UIs for North Kazakhstan region held a preventive event "Law and order" in order to prevent offenses and secondary crimes on the part of persons sentenced to punishment without isolation from society registered with the Probation Service of Ayyrtau district.
During the period of the operational preventive measure" law and order", in order to identify persons from among convicts prone to committing new crimes and offenses and take measures of disciplinary influence, conducting preventive conversations on the conditions of serving sentences and the Prevention of offenses, full-fledged inspections of places of mass gathering of people were covered.
If administrative offenses are detected on the part of the registered persons, the issue of extending the probationary period or replacing the sentence with imprisonment is resolved.
Disciplinary measures were also applied to persons sentenced to punishment in the form of restriction of freedom, which violates the schedule of stay at the place of residence, before being sent to the institutions of the UIS.
