UIs employees held a meeting on the topic:" psychological support of employees in an emergency situation

In the Assembly Hall of institution No. 57 of the Department of UIs for Almaty region and Zhetysu region, Inspector-psychologists of the Personnel Policy Department of institutions No. 12, 49, 57 held a large-scale event on the topic: "psychological support of employees in an emergency".
The meeting was attended by employees of the institution No. 71 of Taldykorgan, Maulen Myrzabekov and Didar Baibosynov, who were injured in the January events, Bibigul Dandygaraeva, deputy director of the Central Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, and Shynar Bestaeva, grandmother of serviceman Ulan Myrzabay, grandmother of the author of the words "the name of the order" during the January riots, distributed on social networks. They shared their stories and thoughts, and also exchanged views with the employees of the UIs of the village of Zarechny.
The meeting began with a minute of silence in honor of those killed in the January events.
During the meeting, the guests spoke about the importance of team cohesion in the event of an emergency and the value of the patriotic spirit.
The main purpose of the meeting is to promote national education among employees and reveal the educational value by instilling patriotic feelings and strengthening the psychological will of employees in an emergency.
The guests were thanked by the management of the institution No. 57 and veteran of the UIS Kanat Dutbayev.
The event ended with the laying of flowers at the monument in honor of the employees of the internal affairs bodies who died in the performance of official duty, located on the territory of institution No. 12.
