Together with the local Probation Service, Employees of the prosecutor's office and akimat, as well as employees of the Police Department of Uralsk, in order to implement a joint plan for the Prevention of secondary crimes among persons registered with the local probation service, a joint inspection was carried out with the prosecutor of the city and a representative of the city employment department at the place of residence of convicted persons.
During the inspection at the place of residence, convicts were explained through the Employment Department the procedure for employment under quotas and receiving other types of assistance provided for by law, as well as explanatory work was carried out in case of violation of the duties assigned to them by the court, committing administrative and criminal offenses and were warned about criminal liability.
Based on the results of the inspection, it is established that after 22.00, during the inspection at the place of residence of the registered persons, they were all at the place of residence.
