A talent contest was held in Astana in the institution No. 64 of the DUIs

"Sad time, sweet eyes...». With such words, the classic describes this changeable, full of surprises, autumn of the year. Today, in the UIS institution No. 64, where a talent contest "Altyn Kuz" was held among the convicts of the household service unit, the theme of autumn was also not ignored.
The program of the event included 8 categories, where participants were able to demonstrate their skills. For example, in the" culinary " category, more than 10 different dishes were presented, including Caucasian, American, Kazakh and Uyghur dishes.
Music competitions, dance numbers, drawings and handmade products, and, of course, a generally cheerful atmosphere – in this case, for more than two hours, a strict jury of employees of the institution was ready to evaluate the skill and creative potential of the convicts.
The highlight of the program was a light design and optical show, staged by convicts, former professional engineers and designers.
Such an event is held in our institution for the first time, - explained the inspector of the Department of educational and social and psychological work, captain of Justice Zhaksybayeva Maisa among the special contingent.
It should be noted that this concert was held on the initiative of convicts who wanted to show themselves and have a comprehensive impact on the educational activities carried out. The deputy head of the institution for educational work supported this initiative, and the concert was included in the quarterly plan.
Any initiative of convicts aimed at improving the psychological climate is always supported. Our work consists in correcting the people who came here, so our department always responds to recommendations aimed at discovering and realizing the talents of convicts.
