In the institution of Uis in Nur-Sultan, the next monitoring was carried out by KBK participants

Representatives of the public Control Commission of Nur-Sultan - Marat Satarkulov and Shavkat Ismailov visited the ETS-166/10 institution of the Department of Uis in Nur-Sultan. Together with the head of the institution Nurgali Azhikhanov, human rights defenders went around the residential area: they examined the residential premises of the detachments, the medical unit, and the production area.
Representatives of the Criminal Code checked the conditions of serving sentences in the institution, held a personal reception of convicts, where issues related to medical support were considered.
As the chairman of the KBK Marat Satarkulov noted, employees of the DUIs institutions in Nur-Sultan provide the necessary documents in a timely manner and provide support for the implementation of the activities of public observers. Participants of the Criminal Code can at any time personally receive accused, suspects and convicted persons and visit the institution of their interest. Such visits are regularly held in the institutions of the capital, which is a kind of guarantee and indicator of comprehensive assistance and support in the work of the public Control Commission for the activities of the UIS.
