The project of Akim of Akmola region was implemented in the regional DUIs

On the day of the opening of the front office in the pre-trial detention center of the Akmola DUIs, deputy akim of the region Malgazhdar Tatkeev paid a working visit.
On the first day, the deputy head of the region, knowing the work of law enforcement officers, the problems and problems that they face every day, visited the front office of the pre-trial detention center, the project of which was approved and supported by the head of the executive branch of the region Yermek Marzhikpayev.

For many years, the entrance to the building of pre-trial detention centers was crowded with citizens who were temporarily isolated despite bad weather, relatives who came to the meeting, investigators and lawyers. The administrative typical building of the insulator, which has been operating since the 80s of the last century, did not have the opportunity to allocate a special room for working with the population. Today, a bright and spacious room equipped with modern electronic equipment operates on the principle of "one window".
Opening the "front office", we pursued the only main goal — to create conditions that are reflected in the convenience of waiting, prompt provision of legal and information assistance to citizens, all this will be concentrated in one place, from the electronic issuance of the next ticket to the submission of an application to the provision of the necessary information, " says Kairat Aidarbekov, — these are the main tasks of the front office.
The work of employees with the population in a new format is based on the principles of public service centers. At the disposal of visitors there is a cozy waiting room, on the monitor screen educational information is displayed. Behind the glass partition, visitors to the pre-trial detention center are received by service personnel who help solve their problems. Working directly with applicants, this will reduce the time of consideration of applications, create accessibility, transparency and efficiency in solving problems.
