Convicts met with professional athletes in Almaty region

The Department of UIs of Almaty region organized a meeting of convicts serving their sentences with professional athletes in the institution la-155/12 in the village of Zarechny.
The meeting was held by the president of the Kazakhstan Wrestling League NFC (Naiza Fighting Champion) - Nurbek Karabala, world champion in professional Pankration, master of sports in combat sambo, owner of the NFS championship belt - Ildar Kudaibergenov and member of the council for youth policy under the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, public figure, entrepreneur and founder of business clubs-Damir Amanzholov.
During the meeting, the invited guests told about the motivating stories of Marat Balayev and Ildar Kudaibergenov, who not only continued their sports career, but also achieved impressive results. They also shared their entrepreneurship and business skills.
Head of the DUIs of Almaty region Igilik Khasenov noted that such meetings become a motivational factor in the educational process of convicts, instill a love for a healthy lifestyle, the formation of the right life priorities, the desire to release and further comply with the law.
"Such incidents now encourage people in correctional institutions. Our philosophy is focused on the breakthrough of humanity, so we go to such institutions. We are ready to work with free athletes and are ready to train and work. We want to convey our mission to everyone - we want to fight-fight in the ring," Nurbek Karabala stressed.
At the end of the meeting, the management of the institution and the convicts thanked the guests for an interesting and informative meeting and presented them with a painting drawn by the convicts.
