18 convicts on probation received medical assistance in suzak

A meeting of the Advisory Council on the organization of social and other assistance to persons who have served criminal sentences was held in the akimat of Sozak District of Shymkent and Turkestan region.
At this meeting, the regulations of the agenda were first approved. Head of the sozak District Probation Service, Nursultan Nurymbetov, made a report on the issues of providing social legal assistance to citizens registered with the District Probation Service.
That is, how many people are registered on probation in the district, their current social and psychological state and the assistance provided to them by probation were discussed.
In particular, 43 convicts are currently registered with the Sozak District Probation Service. Of these, 19 citizens were sentenced to imprisonment, 14-to probation. 10 citizens are deprived of the right to engage in certain activities. And among those sentenced to restriction of liberty, there is one person of retirement age.
-Cases on Part 3 of Article 44 (restriction of Liberty) and Part 3 of Article 64 (cancellation of a suspended sentence) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for intentional non-compliance with the terms and conditions of serving a sentence imposed by a court verdict and evading the control of the Probation Service were sent to the Suzak District Court. According to the results of the court, restriction of Liberty serves the unserved part of the sentence in a correctional institution. In addition, one convicted citizen who evades serving sentences and control and does not fulfill the duties assigned by the court was wanted. Since the beginning of the year, 20 convicts have been provided with psychological assistance, and 18 have been provided with medical assistance. It should be noted that by the decree of the district Akim, the quota for employment of unemployed convicts was approved. That is, for the employment of unemployed convicts registered with the Probation Service of Sozak district, three places from a limited liability company have been allocated from the size of the district, – said Nursultan Nurymbetov.
Today, the current situation of citizens who are registered at the meeting of the council was taken into account. Director of the sozak District Employment Center E. Dauletbayev gave explanations on the placement of persons registered with the District Probation Service Department in vacant jobs and employment, the appointment of social assistance.
