UIs employees visited manshuk Mametova House-Museum in Uralsk

On the eve of the Victory Day celebration, employees of the RU-170/3 Institution visited the House-Museum of Manshuk Mametova.
The Museum of memory of the brave machine gunner Manshuk Mametova is located in the house where her family lived before the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. For more than 30 years, the Memorial Museum-House of the hero of the Soviet Union Manshuk Mametova has been operating in the West Kazakhstan region, and over the years it has become a center of memory of the hero's countryman, as well as a place of patriotic education of young people.
The main exposition of the museum consists of five halls. It is based on the course of the Second World War, the participation of Western Kazakhstanis in the Urals in 1941-1945, and the contribution of our fellow countrymen to the victory over fascism. In chronological order, the exhibition tells about the history of the war; it shows the military operations on the Soviet-German front, shows the battles for the defense of Moscow, Stalingrad, the Kursk arc, the forced Dnieper and the attack on Berlin.
The museum's exposition shows the life and interiors of city apartments of the Thirties of the last century. In those years, there was a sewing machine, chests, all sorts of boxes, bed linen, samovars. All these objects are displayed in the museum, creating a certain atmosphere that allows you to understand how people lived a hundred years ago.
The most important exhibits in this house are Manshuk's letters and diaries, his paintings and books, donated to the museum by the mother of the famous girl. Among the exhibits is a whip on which Manshuk wrote his name. This nogaika horse was presented to Manshuk as a prize for winning the horse race.
The museum also carefully stores a soldier's helmet, a box of machine-gun tape and a crumpled flask found by Russian search engines at the site of the girl's death. The culmination of the exhibition is the only diorama in Kazakhstan "manshuk eternal immortal feat", written by the Moscow military artist Mikhail Ananyev.
In the courtyard of the museum there is a statue of the young hero. Also in Uralsk there is a monument to Manshuk on the street named after the hero of the Soviet Union.
According to the inspector of personnel policy Alibek Tankishev, educating employees on the example of the life and fate of such heroic personalities is a necessary condition for preserving the spiritual and moral values of society, memory and conscience. Employees need spiritual and moral support, examples of the life of citizens who served the people, preserved human dignity and courage.
