Department of UIs of West Kazakhstan region held psychological training for young employees

Acting Inspector-psychologist of the Department of UIs of the West Kazakhstan region G. Amanzhol and Inspector-polygraphologist of the Department of UIs of the West Kazakhstan region Z. Mendygereeva held a psychological event with young employees of subordinate institutions of the Department of UIs of the West Kazakhstan region. The main purpose of the event is to introduce young employees to each other and teach them to work in a team.
According to G. Amanzhol, such psychological measures not only have a positive impact on the moral and psychological climate in the team, but also increase the confidence of employees in each other and reduce the psychological barrier.
During the event, young employees were shown a video about the Penal correction system, asked situational questions, and received appropriate answers. At the end of the event, psychological trainings "dating", "phone", "displacement" and other trainings were held.
