Exhibition of handmade products of special contingent held in East Kazakhstan

The exhibition was attended by representatives of production facilities, the Shemonaikhinsky District Chamber of entrepreneurs and organizations of LLP and sole proprietors, who answered all the questions of interest to visitors regarding the order and purchase of products produced in the penitentiary institution.
The workshop also produces products made of metal and wood products, such as swings, benches, barbecues, garbage cans, small architectural forms, grilles for yard improvement, round wood cutting, cutting and non-cutting board products. In the new promising direction, furniture for schools, offices, retail outlets, as well as metal products for door improvement used in construction areas will be produced.
The workshops of the institution are equipped with equipment for metalworking and woodworking and milling, drilling, milling, laser cutting. This allows us to produce high-quality products that meet any customer needs. All offered products are produced from environmentally friendly raw materials and are manufactured in accordance with state quality standards.
– Today, the production capacity of the institution is at a fairly large level, we can actually offer our partners free production facilities, sites with ready – made infrastructure, and we can also take into account another important factor-the desire of convicts serving sentences to work. Our company has established the production of ready-made competitive quality products in the shortest possible time and the provision of services of a production nature. Such exhibitions are our main goal not only to promote products, but also to increase the number of third – party customers and to provide vacancies to prisoners in order to increase the number of employees, - said the head of the institution OV 156/6 of the DUIs of East Kazakhstan region Kuanysh Agispayev.
The main part of more than 500 technological equipment belongs to the production sites. One of the main ones is a sewing shop, metalworking and woodworking industries.
– All products produced in the institution meet the requirements of State standardization and are of high quality, - said the head of the institution.
Today, about 70% of prisoners are employed in a high-security correctional institution, and their claims are being repaid. Employment of serving sentences is regulated by the labor code.
