In the pre-trial detention center of East Kazakhstan Region, four couples married on the eve of the holiday

Until now, citizens serving sentences in the institution OV-156/1 of the Department of the Penitentiary System in the East Kazakhstan region have been looking forward to the marriage ceremony.
The registry office staff traditionally conducted the marriage registration procedure and handed the newlyweds a marriage certificate.
- The staff of the institution OV-156/1 helps the convict in maintaining socially useful ties, - said the psychologist of the institution.
