Zukhra Toktamysova, born on March 22, 1987 in the village of Zhana-Kanay, Ulansky District, East Kazakhstan region, has been working as a senior inspector of the department "educational and social and psychological work among convicts" since 2016.

One of the achievements of Zukhra is the signing of a contract with EKU named after S. Amanzholov since 2019 and the admission of the Department of "pedagogical correction and psychology" to the state examination admissions committee.
